Introduction to White Water is a two-day course, based in Glenbeigh, County Kerry. It is run partly on Flat Water and partly on White Water.
Kayaking > Introduction to White Water

Over the two days you will be introduced to the Kayak Strokes and Techniques you need to paddle on Rivers.

This course is also designed as the first step of achieving Irish Canoe Union Level 3 Proficiency. A Level 3 Proficiency Paddler has the skills to look after themselves and others both on Flat Water and Rivers up to Grade 2.

Over the two days you will be introduced to all Level 3 Proficiency Strokes, Techniques & Rescues.

Price: €160 per person.
