White Water Safety & Rescue is a two day residential course, based at Kerry Ocean Lodge, in Glenbeigh, County Kerry.
Kayaking > White Water Safety & Rescue

Over the two days you will cover the following:
Communication on the River
River Running Techniques
River Hazards
Rescue Cover
Rope Work
Rescuing Swimmers & Boats
Emergency First Aid

There is also an indoor session in the evening, covering additional items. We will be using nearby Grade 2+ Rivers.

The residential price is €250 per person.
Price includes:
Two Days Kayaking. Evening Session. Two Nights Accommodation. Two Breakfasts. Two Packed Lunches. One Three-Course Evening Meal.

The non-residential price is €160 per person.
Price includes:
Two Days Kayaking. Evening Session.
