Bushcraft Skills 1 is a two-day, beginner friendly, course in the woodland wilds of Glengarriff, West Cork.

Over the two days you will cover equipment, plant identification, plant foraging, shelter building, fire building, fire management, outdoor cooking and a range of other core bushcraft skills. You will overnight in the woods, in the shelter you have built.

Bushcraft Skills 2 is a two-day course in the woodland wilds of Glengarriff, West Cork, building on the previous course.

Over the two days you will cover more advanced fire and cooking techniques, making fire from spark and birch bark, foraging for a bushcraft stew and tarp skills. You will sleep under a tarp and generally you will dress an animal; such as plucking, cleaning and cooking a chicken or rabbit.

Over the two days you will focus mainly on making spark and fire from scratch; sourcing, building and using a fire bow drill.

Bushcraft Skills Week is a five-day, beginner friendly, course in the woodland wilds of Glengarriff, West Cork.

Bushcraft Skills Week is the ultimate course to do; as it covers so much and is so immersive for the five days and four nights.

You will cover shelter building, tarp skills, hammock skills, spark fire making from a range of different materials; such as wool/birch bark/lichen/punk; fire management, fire cooking – including making bushcraft scones and bushcraft bread. Water gathering and sterilization, camp organisation and hygiene, foraging, and dressing/cooking an animal such as a fowl or a rabbit. Also knife handling and knife sharpening skills.
